Snack Sacks

Did you know that right here in America, in our Public Schools we have children who don't have enough food to eat on the weekend. Our goal is to help reduce that problem. Right now HLFC is sponsoring 36 children in three of our elementary schools. For me this is alarming, because we have 13 elementary, 4 middle schools and 2 high schools. The Snack Sack Ministry delivers these snack sacks, each Friday to the school. These Sacks contain enough food for a child to eat all weekend. They are then distributed on Friday afternoon, through their school counselor.

F.F.F. "Families Feeding Families"

"I was hungry and you fed Me" There are families and individuals who live all around us that are hungry. HLFC has just launched out with this ministry and we have already had the privilege of reaching several families in our community who needed assistance. You don't have to be a member of our church... the only qualification is that you're hungry and want assistance. If you're in need, we want to help.

This pantries is stocked and restock by believers who share there resources. If you're not in need, then we could use your help by keeping the shelves full so we stay ready and able to help those who have a need.
